Feedback Inbox

Capture raw feedback and convert it into clean feature requests

The Feedback Inbox is an admin-only staging area for raw input before it becomes a feature request. It keeps the original feedback intact while you decide what to build.


Add Feedback

  1. Go to Feedback Inbox and click Add Feedback.
  2. (Optional) Add customer details.
  3. Enter feedback text, or leave it blank if you only have screenshots.
  4. Add screenshots (images only).
  5. Click Create Feedback.

AI Draft from Screenshots (Optional)

If you attached screenshots, you can draft the feedback text with AI:

  1. Expand AI Draft Assistant.
  2. (Optional) Add guidance (you can also specify the language).
  3. Click Generate draft.
  4. Review the suggestion, then Accept or Dismiss.

This only drafts the feedback text. It does not auto-save.


Convert to Feature

  1. Open a feedback item and click Convert to Feature.
  2. (Optional) Use AI to draft a feature title and description from the feedback text.
  3. Review and edit.
  4. Click Create Feature Request.

When you convert:

  • A new feature request is created.
  • The feedback is marked as Converted.
  • The feedback stays linked to the created feature.

Feedback Statuses

  • New: Fresh feedback
  • Reviewed: Acknowledged, not converted
  • Converted: Linked to a feature request
  • Archived: No longer actionable
