Thanks for telling us, Jordan. We’ve added dark mode to the roadmap. You’re not the only one who’s asked. Casey

Showing feedback replies: Re: your feedback to Acme.
Start with one conversation.
Paste a customer message into Feedback Inbox. Reply if it needs an answer, or turn it into a request. Set up forwarding when you’re ready.
Where do customer replies go?
After you set up a forwarding address, answers return to the same conversation. Before setup, they go to your own mailbox. Test an exchange with yourself before forwarding customer mail.
What becomes public?
The original conversation stays private. A new request contains the title and description you review, so check its content and visibility before creating it. Creating a request does not notify the customer automatically.
Can I send from my own domain?
Yes, on a paid plan after verifying your domain in Settings → Email. Growth is $12 monthly or $108 yearly. Email sending limits apply on every plan.
