— Use case · Known issues
People see the bugs you already know about and say me too instead of reporting them again. When one is fixed, anyone who left an email can hear from you.
— Reporting
Turn on Known issues in your board settings, on any plan. People then pick an idea or a bug when they post, and before a new bug goes up they see the known ones that match. The bug report form template shows the form they fill in.
Some bugs are easier to show. People can record their screen, add microphone audio, and review the clip before attaching it to their report. Your team can watch and reply on the same request.
Bugs that aren't fixed yet get their own tab on your Feedback Portal, and they stay off your roadmap.
— On the tab
— When it's fixed
As you move a bug along, it reads Reported, Confirmed, Fixing and then Fixed. A fixed bug moves to Completed, and you can email the people who reported it or said me too, if they left an email.
— Pricing
The free plan is permanent. People suggest and vote without limit, and your team can manage as many ideas and bugs as it likes. Paid plans add a bigger email list and start at $9 a month, billed yearly. See pricing.
For an outage, a status page is the better fit.
